Job Description
Inside sales representative managing quotes, orders, and relationships for TTM Technologies, a global advanced PCB manufacturer. Supporting aerospace and defense accounts, forecasts, escalations, and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day commercial contact for an assigned portfolio of Strategic and Emerging A&D accounts
- Build relationships with customer procurement, supply chain, program management, and engineering contacts
- Communicate order status, schedule changes, and risks proactively
- Conduct regular account cadence calls covering open orders, forecasts, and program milestones
- Represent customer priorities internally in scheduling, production, and quality processes
- Manage the full quote-to-order lifecycle, including RFQ intake, BOM review, pricing coordination, quote delivery, and purchase-order acceptance
- Own quote response targets of 24 hours for standard inquiries and 4 hours for urgent requests
- Coordinate accurate quotes with Applications Engineering, Pricing, and Program Management
- Process purchase orders in ERP, confirm acknowledgements, and resolve discrepancies
- Manage customer-specific pricing agreements, LTAs, and blanket orders
- Maintain opportunity pipeline data in Salesforce CRM
- Support forecast roll-ups, bookings tracking, and win/loss analysis
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
- Monitor RFQ activity and customer program milestones to support capacity planning
- Coordinate customer escalations across Customer Service, Program Management, Operations, Quality, and Engineering
- Support NPI activities, DFM feedback, first article submissions, and qualification timelines
- Respond to technical inquiries and position TTM's PCB capabilities
- Coordinate with ITAR/export compliance teams on defense-program requirements
- Liaise with European manufacturing partners for European program requirements or supply chains
- Support capture strategies for Tier 1 and Tier 2 target accounts
- Research target accounts and brief the team weekly
- Prepare capability summaries, technology briefs, presentations, and quote packages
- Represent TTM at assigned industry events and trade shows
- Track and report competitive intelligence on PCB competitors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical/commercial field — OR equivalent professional experience
- 3–6 years of inside sales, customer success, account management, or commercial program management experience in electronics manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or high-technology industries
- Experience managing customer relationships in a B2B manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of PCB manufacturing, electronics assembly, or complex precision manufacturing supply chains — or aptitude to develop deep product knowledge quickly
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent
- Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce strongly preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of customer interactions, open orders, and RFQs
- Familiarity with ITAR, export control, and defense supply chain compliance requirements, or willingness to obtain ITAR training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC laws
