Job Description
Individual Sales Agent responsible for selling Medicare and ACA insurance plans. Generating business through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating business through education, advisement, and enrollment in insurance plans.
- Discuss insurance plans in detail and make recommendations to complete enrollment.
- Use necessary tools such as softphones and quoting tools.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years Medicare or ACA focused sales role required
- 0-2 years Working with group health plans preferred
- 0-2 years Selling B2B or B2B2C required
- Life and Health license with the ability to be licensed in other non-resident states upon hire required
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred
