Job Description
Intern supporting e-commerce and financial services by analyzing performance data and implementing AI-driven automations. The role is remote within Brazil with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor overall performance of the e-commerce and financial services using key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Research trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify the best business opportunities aligned with company strategy;
- Implement automations and optimize manual processes within the area and across related teams;
- Develop solutions using artificial intelligence (AI);
- Produce reports and insights on team processes;
- Propose and implement process improvements;
- Monitor the team's core metrics;
- Interact with a variety of e-commerce and financial services partners.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program;
- Availability to intern for at least 1.5 years;
- Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets;
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as n8n, Google CLI, Claude, or similar;
- Basic knowledge of a programming language;
- Analytical mindset for problem solving and identifying improvement opportunities;
- Communicative and organized;
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and databases (a plus).
