Job Description
Integration Specialist designing and maintaining platform-to-platform API integrations for EventMobi. Collaborating with customers and internal teams to improve integrations and troubleshoot issues.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and maintaining platform-to-platform integrations
- Work directly with customers and internal teams
- Design, build, and support API-based integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance, reliability, and data accuracy
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration service offerings
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON)
- Solid understanding of software integrations and SaaS ecosystems
- Experience or comfort working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Albato, Zapier, Make, or similar
- Technical background comfortable reading API documentation and using automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to function independently
