Job Description
Seeking an Integration Specialist to implement and maintain platform-to-platform integrations for EventMobi. This remote position requires strong API skills and collaboration with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and maintaining platform-to-platform integrations
- Work with the Integration Services team to implement data and workflow integrations
- Translate customer requirements into reliable and scalable integration solutions
- Build, configure, and test automated workflows between platforms via APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance, reliability, and data accuracy
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for integrations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration service offerings
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON)
- Solid understanding of software integrations and SaaS ecosystems
- Experience or comfort working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Albato, Zapier, Make, or similar
- Technical background: comfortable reading API documentation, building data mappings, and using automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to function independently, managing priorities without close supervision
- NICE TO HAVE: Experience with CRM or registration platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent)
