Job Description
Intern in operations at CIEE assisting public organizations with client management and data updates. Responsibilities include guiding inquiries and supporting database accuracy in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Update client records;
- Register data for internship programs, keeping the database up to date;
- Direct people to the appropriate pages on the Portal according to the services requested;
- Clarify clients’ questions about products and services;
- Handle inquiries and register new clients;
- Assist with maintaining the customer database (client registration);
- Provide technical information and promotion of products;
- Respond to clients via email, phone and WhatsApp with information about procedures.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or a related field;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease with computerized systems;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to focus on detailed tasks;
- Must have at least one year remaining until graduation to be eligible to intern.
