Job Description
Intune and Jamf engineer managing Windows and macOS endpoints for Kubikware, a digital agency building web, mobile, gaming, AR/VR, and AI/ML platforms. Improving deployment validation and automation across Latin America.
Responsibilities:
- Administer enterprise Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro endpoint management platforms
- Design, execute, and improve deployment validation processes across Windows and macOS environments
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and analyze logs
- Identify opportunities to automate testing workflows
- Implement endpoint management and deployment best practices
- Design, improve, and document operational processes
- Create repeatable testing and validation procedures
- Collaborate through strong written and verbal communication
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments
- Experience administering Jamf Pro
- Experience with endpoint management platforms and MDM solutions
- Experience validating software deployments across Windows and macOS environments
- Experience troubleshooting deployment failures and analyzing logs
- Experience designing, improving, and documenting operational processes
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and device enrollment processes
- Experience creating repeatable testing and validation procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Kandji and other MDM platforms
- Apple Business Manager (ABM)
- SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager
- Microsoft Entra Hybrid Join
- Okta and other identity providers
- Experience with QA automation frameworks
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Azure Virtual Machines, EC2 Mac, or MacStadium environments
- Must be located in Latin America
- No agencies or C2C
