Job Description
IT Technical Lead designing AI-powered business systems for The Unlimited. Translating business opportunities into scalable AI-enabled solutions and leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design AI-powered business systems
- Solve complex business problems
- Bridge business stakeholders, architecture, data, AI engineering and delivery teams
- Translate business opportunities into scalable AI-enabled solutions
- Own architecture decisions
- Lead AI-first delivery
- Help develop the next generation of technical leaders
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable value
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or Data Science or 5+ years of relevant demonstrable experience
- 5+ years’ experience building software systems
- 2+ years’ experience leading technical teams
- Experience owning architecture decisions
- Strong skills in business problem-solving, solution architecture, AI-native delivery, systems integration and stakeholder leadership
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt confidently to change
