Job Description
JD Edwards Functional Consultant optimizing Distribution and Manufacturing modules for clients’ digital transformation. Collaborating within an agile environment and training users for successful adoption of solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients' needs and recommend best practices and solutions within the JD Edwards Manufacturing ecosystem
- Design and configure business processes (sales, purchasing, inventory management, manufacturing and production planning) in line with client expectations
- Write functional analyses, validate technical specifications, document processes and develop test scenarios
- Support solution implementations: configuration, coordination with technical teams, acceptance testing, and go-live support
- Train users and support them in adopting new solutions
- Provide ongoing functional follow-up and post-deployment support
- Actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success in an agile, collaborative environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience implementing, optimizing and supporting manufacturing modules on the JD Edwards platform (EnterpriseOne or World)
- Experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector is an asset
- Excellent knowledge of JD Edwards manufacturing modules
- Good understanding of ERP integration with other modules, configuration, queries, interfaces and reporting
- Excellent spoken and written French, functional English
- Analytical mindset, practical approach, excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to simplify concepts
- Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team
