Job Description
Junior Consultant digitizing German municipal administrations with Axians Infoma’s public-sector software. Advising customers, optimizing financial processes, and training users after implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Digitalize district, city, and municipal administrations in collaboration with the project team
- Analyze and optimize processes related to financial software and adjacent specialist departments
- Provide process and organizational consulting in close collaboration with customers and partners
- Train users following software implementation
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree in business informatics, public administration, or business administration, or vocational training as an administrative assistant (m/f/d)
- Initial knowledge of accounting is desirable
- Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
- Experience in project management, ideally gained through internships or working-student positions
- Willingness to pursue continuous professional development and lifelong learning
- Independent and self-directed working style
- High level of self-motivation and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- No professional experience required; suitable for entry-level candidates
