Job Description
Operador Financeiro Jr gerenciando propostas, contratos e pós-venda de financiamentos automotivos. MSX fornece soluções e expertise para a indústria automotiva e redes de concessionárias.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and complete customer information in financing proposals
- Obtain customers’ signatures on financing agreements
- Provide support regarding questions about collateral substitution, assignment of rights, and TC amounts and bank fees
- Distribute financing tables when requested
- Request special promotional rates from banks to remain competitive
- Maintain weekly reports detailing the number of sales, approved and declined applications, and applications submitted to another bank
- Verify customer documentation requested by the credit department and forward it to the payments team
- Package and label document envelopes for shipment
- Reassess applications pending or declined by the bank
- Resolve process-flow and post-sale issues with end customers
- Monitor and replenish the dealership’s supply of financing agreement kits
- Deliver registered agreements in the required jurisdictions
- Maintain contact with sales representatives, managers, finance teams, directors, and dealership network owners
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience with automotive financing processes
- Knowledge of interest rates and banking calculations
- Understanding of financial mathematics
- Customer service experience
- Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Availability to work 44 hours per week, Monday through Saturday
