Job Description

Junior QA Analyst focused on planning, executing, and documenting tests for web applications. Collaborating with teams to ensure software quality and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and document manual and automated tests for web applications.
  • Identify, log, and track the resolution of bugs using management/issue-tracking tools.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation to optimize the delivery cycle.
  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, ensuring clarity, standardization, and traceability.
  • Create and manage manuals, quick-start guides, Release Notes, and business process documentation.
  • Validate integrations via APIs by analyzing requests, responses, and error scenarios.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify, log, and monitor defects.
  • Actively participate in CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous quality in deliveries.
  • Support the improvement of QA processes by suggesting enhancements and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with product, development, and support teams.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree completed (Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields).
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience working in Software Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Experience with manual and automated testing of web applications.
  • Previous experience with technical and functional documentation.
  • Technical knowledge: manual and automated testing for web applications.
  • Programming languages: Python and JavaScript.
  • API testing and validation.
  • Testing and validation using Postman.
  • ERP knowledge (relevant differential).
  • CI/CD concepts.
  • Code versioning with GitHub.
  • Task and bug management via Jira (advantage).
  • Behavioral competencies: excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills and time management.
  • Ease working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical, proactive, and quality-oriented profile.
  • Ability to document processes clearly and concisely.
