Job Description

Label Graphics Coordinator creating compliant GHS labels and templates for Hach Thailand’s water-quality products. Managing regulatory data, proofing, suppliers, and label-release processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain label image templates for internally printed and purchased labels
  • Assist in proofing fellow associates’ design work
  • Work with teams in the U.S., Thailand, and Germany to acquire label data and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Participate in the regulatory hold system to release order blocks once criteria are met
  • Improve, simplify, and execute design work
  • Create and manage Globally Harmonized System (GHS) data
  • Maintain general image templates for item-specific label images
  • Review Safety Data Sheets and other sources for label data alignment
  • Build externally manufactured labels and coordinate with the Label Graphics Manager, specialist, purchasing associate, and suppliers
  • Revise work instructions and take instructional photos
  • Own and manage GHS SOP/WI
  • Manage regulatory change notices from Chemical Compliance
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications and answer standard questions
  • Complete weekly productivity requirements and dashboards
  • Use VES tools on specific projects as required
  • Maintain data interface tools and information exchange between Hach teams
  • Collaborate with Label Graphics team members to resolve challenges and improve processes
  • Build data and work with team members to ensure targets are met

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree strongly encouraged; bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF
  • Ability to navigate Agile and electronic QMS; experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience working as part of a global team
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Ability to organize, follow, and update process steps
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for aesthetic improvements while following regulations
  • Team collaboration and support
