Job Description
California-licensed LCSW Supervisor splitting time between virtual patient care and clinician supervision. Delivering behavioral healthcare through Iris Telehealth’s remote integrated FQHC model.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral health care to patients ages 6 and older
- Dedicate approximately 50% of time to clinical care and 50% to clinical supervision
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and guidance to behavioral health clinicians
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based behavioral health interventions
- Complete risk assessments, safety planning, and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with providers in an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare system
- Support high-quality care for patients with general mental health conditions
- Conduct 90-minute initial visits and 30–40-minute follow-up visits based on clinician discretion and patient age/acuity
- Work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, primarily during PST; provide later Thursday availability as preferred
Requirements:
- Active LCSW license in the state of California is required
- Completion of the California BBS Supervisor Training Course is required
- Previous clinical supervision experience preferred
- Experience and willingness to provide both clinical supervision and direct patient care
- Full-time availability for 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
- Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 6+
- Experience treating a broad range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, and related diagnoses
- Experience working collaboratively within an integrated healthcare environment preferred
- Experience providing behavioral health services across a range of general mental health diagnoses
- Ability to provide effective clinical supervision, coaching, and professional guidance to behavioral health clinicians
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Ability to assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based behavioral health interventions
- Ability to complete risk assessments, safety planning, and clinical documentation
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to adapt treatment approaches based on patient age, presentation, and acuity
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
- OCHIN Epic EMR experience/knowledge
