Job Description
Lead Oracle Cloud Planning consultant delivering end-to-end EPM transformations for Argano, a global digital consultancy. Leading complex implementations, client strategy, technical teams, and Planning Cloud solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead mid- to large-size and complex consulting projects simultaneously
- Develop and implement long-term client strategies
- Gather system and business requirements, design and build Planning Cloud solutions, write calculation scripts, and build applications end to end
- Lead technical team members in delivering EPM/BI solutions and provide leading-practice business process solutions
- Act as a functional and technical expert independently or as part of a team
- Serve as the primary client contact and communicate project progress, challenges, and changes
- Assess clients' business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements
- Advise clients on technology solutions and tools
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Provide ongoing post-implementation technical support
- Monitor solution performance and recommend updates, upgrades, or modifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
- Experience leading 5-6 different, full-lifecycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementations
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Planning Cloud tools
- Experience leading functional and technical design sessions and implementing Oracle Planning Cloud solutions
- Experience implementing Oracle Planning Cloud modules such as Workforce, CapEx, Projects, PCM, or Strategic Modeling
- Experience leading a team of consultants and managing deliverables
- Strong Essbase calculation script writing skills
- Preferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or strategic-level industry experience is required
- Previous experience working in IT companies
- In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and systems
- Proficient in English written and verbal communication
- Exceptional complex project management skills
- Thought leadership and industry expertise
- Strong business development skills
- Ability to mentor and coach junior and mid-level consultants
- Ability to contribute to strategic vision and decision-making
- Ability to interact effectively with senior client executives
