Job Description
Lead Consultant implementing OneStream and SAP BFC solutions in France. Engage with customers to optimize business performance management solutions and train teams effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the core/advanced functionality of single solution on the platform through Proof of Concept
- Engage in conversations with Sales to discuss implementation of a use case at current or prior customer (or employer)
- Delegate tasks to and mentor junior members of the team
- Independently complete implementation work and project documentation
- Review and finalize documentation and application elements prepared by junior team members
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of application issues
- Lead a full multi-solution design session; prepare complete design document.
- Assist in identifying roles and responsibilities for projects
- Provide feedback on team performance
- Responsible for managing small projects in accordance with the PRIME methodology
- Create and maintain project financials, project plan, and status reporting
- Mentor less experienced consultants for Lunch & Learns or Services Meetings
- Propose session ideas for Splash
- Author Blog Posts for OneCommunity
- Identify and recreate issues for tracking and resolution with product development
- Conduct customer training
- Lead customer meetings, manage customer relationship
- Present Lunch & Learn knowledge share sessions
- Respond to Inquiries from OneStream Employees via OneCommunity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with Corporate/Enterprise Performance Management (CPM/EPM) systems
- 3 Years Experience with OneStream
- 3 Years Experience with SAP BFC / SAP BOFC (Cartesis)
- Statutory Consolidation Experience
- Extensive experience with SQL, C#, VB.NET or similar programming experience
- Prior Experience with databases (Oracle, Essbase, etc.)
- Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.
- High degree of proficiency with MS Office and data modeling skills
- Deep understanding of financial accounting processes
- Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research)
- Superior presentation skills
- Strong technical skills/background as it relates to product implementation.
