Job Description
Lead Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant implementing project portfolio management solutions for Argano’s enterprise clients. Configuring Oracle Cloud applications, leading testing, and supporting go-live.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and assist clients through all phases of Oracle Cloud PPM implementation
- Define client business requirements and design and configure system solutions
- Provide expertise across Resource Management, Task Management, Project Financials, Project Contract Billing, Time and Labor for Projects, and Grant Management
- Apply PPM business-process expertise and industry best practices
- Consult with clients to provide cost-effective solutions for business scenarios
- Collaborate with project teams and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions
- Refine, document, and present customer requirements for client approval
- Identify and apply creative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles
- Analyze current systems and data to identify requirements and needed enhancements or modifications
- Develop unit test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
- Work with Oracle to resolve service requests
- Lead business requirements workshops, analysis, design, configuration, and development
- Lead Conference Room Pilots, User Acceptance Testing, go-live preparation, cutover support, and post-production support
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant, including 3+ years implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud PPM projects and upgrades
- Certified Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management Consultant certification obtained within the last two years
- Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills for gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process design, managing CRPs, functional configuration, and ERP solution testing
- Ability to lead a team, work independently, and manage multiple task assignments
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances
- Seniority to independently handle client expectations
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- High commitment to exceeding performance expectations
- High degree of initiative, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers
- Ability to lead the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, programming, and unit testing
- Ability to produce end-user and technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
