Job Description
Team Lead Fullstack Engineer at Solera, leading AI-driven solutions development focusing on C#/TSQL/React for a global leader in vehicle lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a tiger-team targeting products for velocity boosting or re-architecting
- Work alongside existing development teams
- Develop/redevelop enterprise solutions in C#

- Upskill existing product team members
Requirements:
- 10+ years in a senior role
- Extensive Full stack C#/TSQL/React hands-on development experience
- Self-starting problem solver
- Ability to quickly upskill in new technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Practical experience utilizing the latest AI technologies
- Ability to rapidly develop and ship tested code
- Solid experience writing automated integration tests
