Job Description
Lead product manager shaping regulatory technology for banks, regulators, and financial institutions adopting digital assets. CertiK secures blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
Responsibilities:
- Run discovery with clients and prospects, on site and remotely, working with solutions consultants
- Build and run a discovery channel with compliance, risk and operations practitioners at banks, VASPs and regulators
- Convert client conversations and consultant findings into actionable, prioritized product and feature decisions
- Document the reasoning behind product-request prioritization and defend rankings to leadership
- Present CertiK's products and services to clients, prospects and regulators in demos, workshops and tender presentations
- Join Business Development and consultants on key client visits, primarily in the US, with occasional travel to Europe, the Middle East and other markets
- Own the roadmap conversation with the CEO, Business Development and Engineering
- Gather client needs and turn them into a clear, prioritized roadmap
Requirements:
- 5–8 years in B2B product management, ideally in fintech, regtech, compliance software or at a regulated financial institution
- Domain experience in financial crime, AML or transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products
- Experience leading complete product cycles from discovery to launch in a regulated or enterprise domain
- Native or fully proficient English
- Professional presentation skills for senior compliance, risk and regulatory audiences
- Established prioritization framework and record of turning customer input into shipped features
- Sufficient technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions
- Experience directing discovery through consultants as well as firsthand
- Regular travel within the US and international travel as required
- Prior product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform
- Familiarity with FATF, Travel Rule, sanctions or MiCA-type requirements as they apply to digital assets
- Familiarity with US, UK or EU digital asset regulation
- Experience working with regulators or on regulatory tenders
