Job Description

Lead Product Manager driving WEX benefits administration and enterprise identity products. Owning strategy, Agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable product growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio
  • Analyze targeted markets, market trends, new technology, customer business issues, and the competitive environment
  • Apply knowledge of company product capabilities and service offerings to create and expand product and solution alternatives
  • Work closely with product development to create products
  • Validate early product definitions with customers
  • Formulate product strategies and identify new product opportunities
  • Develop project plans addressing customer needs and expanding market share
  • Lead cross-functional execution and strategy for core benefits administration and enterprise identity/login experiences
  • Write epics, define user stories, unblock development teams, and manage backlogs
  • Optimize user journeys and improve end-user experience
  • Own product vertical success, ROI, margin gain, and cost/benefit analysis
  • Manage roadmap prioritization and trade-offs among core innovation, custom client requests, and operational support
  • Host Customer Advisory Boards and anticipate unstated customer needs
  • Align matrixed stakeholders from ideation through launch
  • Communicate product strategy through storytelling and public speaking
  • Measure product success using usage, adoption, and financial metrics

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of senior digital product management experience
  • Experience spanning consumer-facing (B2C) and client-facing (B2B) SaaS, Web, and Mobile applications
  • Direct experience in Benefits Administration or the broader Health and Benefits space
  • Proven track record operating within matrixed, large enterprise environments supporting diverse client segments
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • Deep knowledge of Agile delivery
  • Experience writing epics, defining user stories, unblocking development teams, and managing backlogs
  • Daily expertise with modern product tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate work
  • Strong focus on user-centered design and optimizing user journeys
  • Strategic ownership of product success, ROI, margin gain, and cost/benefit analysis
  • Experience with roadmap prioritization, technical delivery, go-to-market, and resource allocation
  • Proven experience hosting Customer Advisory Boards (CABs)
  • Ability to align matrixed stakeholders across Security, Compliance, Operations, Legal, Client Services, and Commercial & Strategy
  • Exceptional storytelling and public speaking skills
  • Track record measuring product success through usage, adoption, and financial metrics
  • Proactive, adaptable, hands-on approach in a fluid, startup-like environment
