Job Description
Tax Data Specialist Lead ensuring payroll tax service support and assistance to the team. Collaborating with internal teams to manage queue and resolve cases efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Support queue management and workload balancing
- Provide escalation assistance for cases
- Review cases for quality assurance
- Assist team members with report review and resolution
- Provide outstanding tax service support to customers
- Meet deadlines for reports and data inquiries
- Train team members as a subject matter expert
- Collaborate with tax services department
Requirements:
- Associate's degree
- 3-5 years of Payroll Tax experience
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of multistate tax jurisdiction
- Payroll Tax outsourcing experience preferred
