Job Description
Líder Técnico SAP ABAP HCM liderando a Fábrica de Soluções da HRST Brasil. Definindo arquiteturas, revisando entregas e orientando desenvolvedores em integrações SAP.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to developers in the Solutions Factory
- Assign and technically oversee the team’s activities
- Support the resolution of questions, blockers, and technical decisions
- Conduct technical reviews of solutions and deliverables
- Support estimates, planning, and complexity analysis for requests
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions
- Promote knowledge sharing and the team’s technical development
- Support projects, products, integrations, and innovation initiatives
- Take a hands-on role in more complex assignments
- Serve as a technical point of reference for developers, coordinators, and management
- Provide technical leadership to the development team in HRST Brasil’s Solutions Factory
- Support solution definition and ensure the quality of deliverables
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Senior SAP ABAP Developer/Consultant
- Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Tech Lead, or technical point of reference for a team
- Knowledge of SAP HCM and/or SAP ECP
- Experience with SAP integrations, APIs, Web Services, OData, RFC, and/or IDoc
- Experience with architecture, technical analysis, and solution design
- Experience with code reviews and defining development standards
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Proactive, collaborative, organized, and decisive approach
- Knowledge of SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI) and Fiori/UI5 is a plus
- Knowledge of logic, data, object-oriented programming, and Git
- Leadership of an ABAP development factory
- Integration via CPI
