Job Description
Lead UX design for MeridianLink Coach, which builds credit-health tools for credit unions and members. Shape accessible product systems and AI-assisted workflows from discovery through launch and iteration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design across member journeys, credit union tools, and internal products.
- Take ideas from early discovery through prototypes, testing, and shipped experiences.
- Own and evolve the design system across responsive design, accessibility, localization, and dark mode.
- Create clear systems and specifications that help AI agents and engineers implement with accuracy.
- Review shipped work, learn from users, and continually raise product quality.
- Partner closely with engineers, customers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of product design experience.
- Experience leading a product from ambiguity to launch and iteration.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong systems thinking and excellent craft in complex flows such as forms, disclosures, or data-rich interfaces.
- Accessibility integrated into the design process.
- Comfort with AI design and prototyping tools.
- Curiosity about agent-built product development.
- Ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly, and carry design decisions through production.
- Fintech or regulated-field experience is welcome but not required.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, credit check, and drug test as part of the offer process.
- Ability to provide documentation confirming identity and authorization to work in the United States if employed.
