Job Description

League Acquisition Coordinator growing bowling leagues and tournaments for Lucky Strike Entertainment, a North American location-based entertainment company. Recruiting leagues, supporting centers, auditing revenue, and coordinating tournaments.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new and build existing league and tournament business
  • Facilitate department goals and company initiatives
  • Work with center League Champions, GMs, DMs, and RVPs to develop, retain, and recruit leagues and tournaments
  • Identify opportunity days to grow leagues and recruit local, state, or national tournaments
  • Serve as a point of contact for league acquisitions and tournaments
  • Support centers and outside organizations to ensure positive experiences
  • Participate in league officer and individual league meetings
  • Coordinate with the Leagues Department on new strategies and league or tournament structures
  • Attend weekly department, monthly league initiatives, district, and applicable RVP calls
  • Develop, retain, and recruit bowlers and leagues
  • Support Fall, mid-season, and Summer outreach
  • Visit leagues throughout the company
  • Complete weekly and monthly reporting to ensure accurate financial data
  • Review and audit revenue reports
  • Maintain League Revenue Reports and league/tournament statements and accounts in NSB
  • Update the Acquisition Tracker
  • Partner with centers to ensure league availability and accurate league details in LMA
  • Drive additional revenue from current programs and identify gaps in league revenue or specials
  • Identify innovative ways to grow league and tournament business
  • Travel throughout the company for in-person meetings, outside recruitment, and tournament support

Requirements:

  • B.A. /B.S. degree
  • 3 to 5 years related experience
  • Highly developed customer service and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity and respect for customers, vendors, and employees
  • Solid communication skills
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Appreciation of diversity
  • Willingness to travel throughout the company
  • Knowledge of the league acquisition funds program
  • Awareness of market conditions, competition, struggling centers, closures, and facility issues
  • Ability to complete weekly and monthly financial reporting
  • Ability to review and audit revenue reports
  • Experience or ability to work with NSB, LMA, League Revenue Reports, League and tournament statements/accounts, and Acquisition Tracker
