Job Description
Learning and Development Expert creating training programs and content for Orcrist’s mission-critical data intelligence platform. Improving onboarding, workshops, and learning outcomes across Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Design and run training programs and content from onboarding to workshops
- Create and maintain e-learning modules, onboarding curricula, toolkits, and workshops
- Support learning needs assessments with team leads
- Organize and run training sessions and feedback cycles
- Analyze training feedback and outcomes to improve programs and content
- Collaborate with the LMS and Data specialist on metrics, analytics, and reporting processes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in L&D, training, or instructional design
- Creative content creation skills combined with a structured, self-directed working style in a remote-first environment
- Practical experience working with an LMS as a user
- Good numerical instincts for interpreting training data
- Fluent in English and German (C1+)
- Based and authorized to work in Germany
- Nice-to-have: experience with instructional design methods such as ADDIE
- Nice-to-have: experience with facilitation/workshop moderation
- Nice-to-have: experience or certification in coaching
