Job Description
Review business contracts as a lawyer or paralegal in a remote role. FusionSpan is a leading CRM implementer offering AI skill development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Draft new Statement of Work (SOW), and other business contracts as needed
- Review existing business contracts templates
- Review and address redlines sent by clients
- Call with clients and their attorneys
- Send late payment collection notice (very rare)
- Be available on our internal Slack messenger
- Provide quick turn arounds to requests
Requirements:
- Understanding of IT services business is expected
- Very responsive and available via email/phone
- Lawyer or paralegal to review business contracts as needed
