Job Description

Legal Operations Coordinator at GoHealth providing litigation support and optimizing legal systems for efficiency. Handling third-party requests and tracking legal spend in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflows, coordinate legal processes, and optimize systems and tools to drive efficiency
  • Provide litigation support and manage third-party requests
  • Track legal spend and support risk management activities
  • Leverage technology to streamline operations
  • Support day-to-day legal operations and facilitate the delivery of legal services across departments
  • Learn and implement new technologies for improving workflows
  • Design and manage workflows in legal technologies
  • Provide training on legal systems, tools, and workflows
  • Prepare documentation and manage legal service processes
  • Interact with internal departments and maintain team calendar
  • Prepare and format form documents in Microsoft Word

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years supporting an executive management team in a law firm or in-house legal department
  • “PACE” or “CAP” Certification
  • Microsoft Office Specialist Certification
  • Microsoft Certification: AI Business Professional
  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Pre-Law Studies
  • Proficiency in applications such as Ironclad, Workday, DocuSign, Visual Lease, Zendesk, BrightFlag
  • Notary Public
  • Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience with legal operations systems
  • Knowledge of legal workflows, SOPs, and document organization practices
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Understanding of legal billing systems and spend tracking
  • Ability to prepare legal correspondence, contracts, court filings, and internal documents
  • Experience handling and safeguarding highly confidential information
  • Strong document and workflow management skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management
