Job Description
Legal Specialist managing live private equity, M&A, and financing transactions using AI-enhanced tools. Collaborating with a global legal team and maintaining high standards of legal work.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly on live private equity, M&A, and financing transactions for leading global investment firms.
- Review and negotiate NDAs and ancillary transaction documentation in accordance with client-approved playbooks.
- Leverage proprietary AI-enabled platform to assist with document review, deviation identification, and playbook application.
- Support fast-moving, high-value transactions where precision, responsiveness, and reliability are critical.
- Collaborate with global legal team to deliver seamless support across concurrent deals.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to refine and improve the AI tools.
Requirements:
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- 1-3 years of experience in transactional legal work, contract review, or similar high-volume legal environments.
- Experience reviewing NDAs and/or similar transactional agreements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistently high-quality work.
