Job Description
Legal Workflow Strategist embedding Octus’s credit intelligence and AI platform into leveraged finance and restructuring workflows. Translating legal client needs into scalable data-driven product solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Head of Direct Data Services to codify legal workflow intelligence and scale solutions knowledge across the internal team and product suite
- Act as a client-facing domain expert and trusted advisor for legal, buyside, sellside, and advisory accounts
- Investigate and map users' complex legal processes, including credit agreements, debt structures, and covenants
- Apply AI and LLM tools to prototype, test, and design tailored workflows for manual credit analysis and document-heavy research
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to translate client feedback into platform enhancements and product features
Requirements:
- Experience in the leveraged finance or restructuring departments of law firms
- High proficiency and comfort with leading AI tools and LLMs
- Strong interest in prompt optimization and workflow automation
- Proven ability to build partnerships and solve highly complex operational problems for institutional clients
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and respond quickly
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple ongoing workstreams
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience working directly with product, data, or engineering teams is a plus
