Job Description
Remote licensed customer service representative serving Liberty Mutual policyholders and agents. Resolving Personal Lines policy issues and supporting customer satisfaction, growth, and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, accurate and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents for Personal Lines products, plans and programs
- Independently solve policy-related problems within scope
- Escalate problems as appropriate
- Identify, analyze and own customer policy needs
- Support high customer satisfaction, business growth and retention
- Complete mandatory full-time training Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm EST
- Work go-forward shifts starting between 8:00am and 10:30am EST
- Work one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday, with an alternate mid-week day off
Requirements:
- Active P&C Producers insurance license REQUIRED
- 2 years’+ related Customer Service experience is required
- Associates degree or 1+ year Insurance experience preferred
- Ability to review, record and organize written data from a variety of sources with no prescribed format
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, wired internet connectivity with upload speed of at least 5Mbps and download speed of at least 25Mbps
- Quiet, secure, distraction-free place to work
- Reliable attendance and active engagement during mandatory training
- Weekend rotation required after onboarding and training
- Not hiring in NY, CA, AK, HI, NM or IL
