Job Description
Licensed Therapist providing virtual behavioral health services through Baptist Health Medical Group's Virtual Care Clinic. Conducting assessments, therapies, treatment planning, and clinical supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services including psychosocial assessment and individual, family, and group therapies
- Develop patient treatment plans with patient/family participation
- Reassess treatment plans appropriately
- Provide initial patient assessment if assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged
- Participate in performance improvement activities
- Assist in interpreting performance improvement data
- Provide clinical supervision if qualified
- Participate in consultation
- Set professional boundaries
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical conduct
Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work or counselling
- Licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC)
- Dual licensure for IN and KY preferred but not required
- Supervision training to provide clinical supervision in that program
- Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services
- Knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts
- Thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field
