Job Description

Licensing Sales Manager engaging with brands and agencies to drive licensing of premium video content. Focused on relationship building in the creative media industry with proven sales experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, creative agencies, production companies, and other potential clients
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Develop tailored licensing solutions to meet client needs, emphasizing the value of our video content library
  • Negotiate licensing agreements and contracts with a focus on securing long-term relationships and maximizing revenue
  • Secure large-scale licensing agreements and network agency contracts to be preferred vendor for UGC video and clearance services
  • Educate clients, especially brands and agencies, on the value and power of UGC in storytelling, campaigns, and creative work
  • Present compelling use cases, data, and creative solutions to help agencies and brands integrate UGC into their strategies
  • Act as a thought leader, participating in discussions, workshops, and events to position our company as a leader in UGC-driven licensing solutions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years working with Brand & Agency clients in the US east coast
  • Proven sales experience in video licensing, media sales, or a related field
  • Knowledge of UGC, its benefits, challenges, etc.
  • Understanding of licensing models, creative media industries, and client needs
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Experience working with internal systems (Salesforce) to track sales activities and performance
