Life Insurance Sales Agent working with warm leads from U.S. families seeking coverage. Aiming to close sales and achieve personal income goals in a commission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work warm leads delivered through our proprietary platform
- Conduct needs-based consultations with families seeking life insurance coverage
- Present tailored solutions using our proven, step-by-step sales process
- Close business and hit your personal monthly income goals
- Track your activity and pipeline in our CRM
- Grow into a leadership role and earn overrides as you build your own team
Requirements:
- A proven commission sales track record (real estate, solar, mortgage, auto, financial services, etc.)
- The hunger to control your own income
- Coachability — ego kills careers here; the system wins
- Strong communication skills and zero fear of a conversation
- Current U.S. residency and work authorization
- A life insurance license OR the willingness to obtain one
