Job Description
Loan Specialist managing pre-approved auto refinancing leads for a FinTech company. Engaging in high-intensity sales with unlimited earning potential through remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Close pre‑approved auto refinance customers
- Sell optional finance and protection products
- Make 60+ outbound calls daily
- Manage a high‑volume pipeline from start to finish
- Hit targets, earn more leads, make more money
Requirements:
- Spanish Speaking role but must also be able to read and write in English
- Competitive, resilient, and money‑motivated
- Sales, call center, or automotive experience
- Computer IT/Requirements: Must have a desktop or laptop PC capable of installing and running the Windows App
- Device must support hardwired (Ethernet) connection for stable network access
- Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of: Download: 50 Mbps or higher. Upload: 10 Mbps or higher
- Must provide their own headset, mouse, and keyboard.
