Job Description
Maintenance Operations Manager leading remote maintenance and laundry service operations for a US-based custom-manufacturing company. Coordinating teams, KPIs, scheduling, invoicing, and Odoo/CRM improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily maintenance and laundry operations
- Coordinate scheduling, field staff, drivers, and service resources
- Monitor employee productivity, workloads, deadlines, and KPIs
- Ensure completed services are properly documented and invoiced
- Monitor laundry operations, turnaround times, and deliveries
- Review operational reports and resolve delays, discrepancies, and customer issues
- Work with accounting, sales, and operations teams to resolve problems
- Support Odoo/CRM improvements, workflow development, and system testing
- Prepare weekly management reports and recommend operational improvements
- Manage remote administrative staff and coordinate with technicians, drivers, and laundry personnel
- Ensure services are scheduled, completed, documented, and invoiced accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Experience managing maintenance, field service, facilities, laundry, or similar operations
- Experience supervising remote and field-based teams
- Strong Odoo/CRM or ERP experience
- Experience with scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and KPIs
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational performance
