Job Description

Tines, an AI-powered workflow automation platform, seeking NAMER field marketing manager. Leading regional programs, partner marketing, and pipeline growth across North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of field marketers supporting NAMER regions
  • Own the NAMER field marketing strategy with a focus on pipeline generation and revenue impact
  • Plan and oversee tentpole events, regional events, executive engagements, ABM activations, and roadshows
  • Build and scale channel and partner field marketing programs, including joint events and MDF-driven programs
  • Partner with Sales Leaders, Regional Managers, and AEs to align programs with territory plans, account priorities, and deal progression
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Brand teams on integrated campaigns and consistent messaging
  • Establish scalable processes for intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Operationalize field and partner marketing systems, including MDF governance, program templates, performance tracking, and partner enablement
  • Own regional budgets, forecasting, and vendor management
  • Define and track pipeline, meetings, ROI, and program performance metrics
  • Evaluate and optimize field programs using data and feedback

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of B2B field or regional marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology
  • 2+ years of people management experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through field and event marketing
  • Hands-on experience owning channel and partner marketing programs, including MDF strategy, activation, measurement, and optimization
  • Experience partnering with Sales leadership and account teams
  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROI and performance metrics
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into action
  • Experience supporting Public Sector or regulated industries is a plus
  • Results-oriented marketing strategy execution with tangible business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset for fast-paced environments
  • Experience in MarTech, especially marketing automation (Asana, HubSpot)
  • Experience working in high-growth or scaling organizations
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
