Job Description
Network planning manager scaling HCP capacity for Impiricus’s AI-powered HCP engagement platform. Supporting pharma sales, campaign delivery, forecasting, and inventory reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute supply-side data to RFP responses and support a scalable deal sign-off workflow
- Validate proposed deals against available capability, surface potential conflicts, and collaborate with Sales to resolve constraints
- Consult on target list design and creation using internal and third-party data sources
- Own provider availability and inventory checks end-to-end, assessing HCP supply against campaign requirements and flagging constraints before delivery issues arise
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics to align inventory tooling with network forecasting
- Serve as the operational bridge between Analytics, Commercial Ops, and Client Services on inventory-related questions
- Deliver recurring inventory reporting to commercial leadership to inform sales strategy and prioritization
- Monitor network health indicators and work with commercial teams to react appropriately
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, capacity management, or a related operations discipline
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data tools to run searches, interpret outputs, and deliver clear recommendations
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with ability to manage competing priorities and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or data-driven B2B is a plus
- Energized by building structure and process in a high-growth environment
