Job Description
Manager of Product Lifecycles leading product development strategies for Sanford Health Plan. Collaborating with teams to enhance product offerings and improve financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day performance of the product development team.
- Manages and coordinates product development activities within the department.
- Develops best practices to ensure commercial products are positioned to meet Sanford Health Plan strategies and membership goals.
- Drives the analysis, development and monitoring of new and existing products and services.
- Participates in conducting market research and analysis, measuring customer preferences, industry standards and trends.
- Collaborates with other teams to evaluate, analyze and modify benefit designs, networks and pricing to ensure marketability of products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or healthcare administration required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum five years’ experience in new product development or business management
- Previous insurance sales experience helpful
