Job Description
Market Intelligence Lead analyzing donor and market data for Vitalant, a nonprofit blood services organization. Developing dashboards and strategies that improve donor acquisition, retention, and blood supply stability.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze donor, market, and performance data to identify growth opportunities across geographies, demographics, and donor segments
- Transform complex information into clear recommendations that guide strategic decision-making
- Develop dashboards, reports, and intelligence tools supporting donor acquisition and retention initiatives
- Prioritize market opportunities and measure success
- Help shape innovative donor growth strategies and influence organizational priorities
- Support cross-functional business initiatives through data-driven insights and performance measurement
- Translate data into actionable results that strengthen donor growth and help ensure a stable blood supply
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, required
- 5–7 years of experience in market intelligence, business analytics, strategy, growth analytics, or related functions
- Demonstrated experience developing market analyses, business intelligence reporting, and strategic recommendations
- Experience supporting cross-functional business initiatives through data-driven insights and performance measurement
- Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong knowledge of market intelligence, business analytics, donor growth, customer segmentation, and performance measurement
- Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align recommendations to organizational growth objectives
- Ability to influence decision-making through data storytelling and strategic communication
- Demonstrated project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities across cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics and visualization tools
