Job Description
Marketing Coordinator supporting global marketing initiatives for Ethixbase360. Managing content creation, social media, marketing operations, and collaborative events.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce eBooks, whitepapers, presentations, social media graphics, LinkedIn banners, infographics, sales collateral, and other marketing assets
- Create event and sponsorship materials including banners, signage, advertisements, booth graphics, and promotional collateral
- Manage Ethixbase360's social media channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn
- Build and deploy marketing emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot
- Set up and manage webinars using GoToWebinar
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Canva AI, and similar technologies to improve marketing productivity
- Support conference, event, and sponsorship logistics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role
- Strong Canva and graphic design skills with experience creating professional marketing collateral
- Experience managing corporate social media channels, particularly LinkedIn
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including email marketing, landing pages, forms, and reporting
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Experience in Wordpress or similar
- Experience supporting webinars using GoToWebinar or similar platforms
- Experience using AI-powered tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar technologies
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.
