Job Description

Marketing Coordinator executing HubSpot email campaigns and automation for Chazin & Company. Supporting growth marketing for a virtual accounting and finance provider serving nonprofits.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with execution of the marketing strategy at the direction of the Marketing Manager
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan
  • Drive growth in specific geographic regions and existing and new micro-verticals
  • Conceptualize and execute email marketing campaigns using the full suite of HubSpot functionalities
  • Set up HubSpot automations to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes
  • Develop and manage automated email workflows to nurture leads, engage subscribers, and drive conversions
  • Craft copy for email campaigns, blog posts, and other sales materials
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign metrics against KPIs
  • Enhance and communicate email marketing best practices across the organization
  • Support the Business Development team with launching new email campaigns
  • Stay up to date on marketing trends and best practices
  • Create and maintain the email marketing calendar

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role in a B2B setting
  • Must be proficient using HubSpot (certifications are a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation (email copy, blog posts, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
  • Expertise in email marketing automation tools and workflows
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Creative mindset that thrives on data-driven marketing strategies
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
