Job Description
Marketing Coordinator at WSI Technologies building internal marketing function. Involved in campaign execution, content creation, and demand generation in B2B/B2G environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute digital marketing campaigns through HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Develop and optimize CRM sequences, email campaigns, and marketing workflows.
- Support lead generation and brand visibility initiatives across key channels.
- Create marketing collateral including product literature, case studies, social content, and event materials.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing messaging with customer and market needs.
- Conduct HubSpot audits and optimize CRM data management and campaign performance.
- Track campaign performance and produce reporting on marketing results and engagement.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend improvements to channel and campaign strategy.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or B2G environments.
- Hands-on HubSpot experience including CRM management, sequences, and campaign execution.
- Strong organizational, project management, and marketing execution skills.
- Comfortable working independently as the primary marketing resource within an organization.
- Strongly Preferred: Experience marketing to government, public safety, or mission-critical industries.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and digital advertising platforms.
- Experience developing content, case studies, and event/trade show marketing materials.
