Job Description

Marketing Engineer automating workflows and building AI infrastructure for marketing teams at a leading financial crime platform. Utilizing marketing ops expertise to drive performance and insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Use AI to automate our workflows and scale our marketing programs (improve velocity, surface insights, and increase volume). You need to be able to executive these projects end-to-end: identifying opportunities, mapping out workflows, connecting the necessary systems, building the skills and workflows, and fine-tuning them for performance.
  • Work with the marketing, BDR, and sales teams to build and optimize the workflows for lead scoring, lead routing, email campaigns, content production, webinars, and events.
  • Build dashboards and reports to measure marketing ROI, including pipeline generation, attribution, campaign performance, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate, reliable data across our marketing systems (piping in data, enriching it, regularly auditing it, updating it and fixing errors).
  • Develop internal playbooks and documentation for how to use AI tools and workflows.
  • Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, consisting of Hubspot, Salesforce integrations, and supporting tools.
  • Stay up to speed on the latest marketing technology and look for ways to upgrade what we’re doing, increase our productivity, improve our efficiency, drive more results, etc.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS startup or similar role
  • Experience applying AI to marketing functions: Using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), creating skills, and creating and chaining agents
  • Strong proficiency with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Influ2, Clay, and ZoomInfo
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where systems and processes are being built for the first time
