Job Description
Marketing Lead owning Yokly’s growth strategy, paid social, and CRM automation. Converting cold leads into closed deals through funnels, follow-up, and GoHighLevel.
Responsibilities:
- Own the growth strategy and growth engine from cold lead to closed deal
- Develop and execute paid social campaigns on Meta/Instagram
- Set up, test, optimize, and report on paid social campaigns
- Run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, offers, and lead flows
- Own lead follow-up cadence and pipeline accuracy, ensuring every lead has a status and next step
- Build and manage GoHighLevel nurture sequences, reminders, reactivation, and missed-call text-backs
- Conduct a monthly performance review using performance data and recommendations
- Partner with leadership for feedback and sign-off on key campaigns
Requirements:
- 2+ years in growth marketing, marketing ops, sales ops, or CRM-driven marketing
- Hands-on paid social experience (Meta preferred)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Real attention to detail
- Highly organized; comfortable owning a pipeline, deadlines, and SOPs simultaneously
- Comfortable partnering with leadership and receiving feedback and campaign sign-off
- Ability to work full-time as an independent contractor
- Ability to work the graveyard shift, 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time
