Job Description

Marketing Lead building content, demand generation, executive thought leadership, and acquired-brand programs. Growing Piedmont Global’s strategic globalization services across regulated industries and accessibility markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the cross-channel editorial calendar in ClickUp
  • Plan quarterly content themes tied to solution pillars, industries, product launches, policy moments, and advocacy events
  • Produce blogs, white papers, case studies, social posts, customer stories, and accessible content
  • Build content repurposing workflows across webinars, blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, and sales assets
  • Own newsletter strategy, production, distribution, and performance optimization through HubSpot and LinkedIn
  • Plan and produce webinars and LinkedIn Lives from concept through post-event repurposing
  • Coordinate speakers, partners, and internal teams and run day-of event production
  • Develop executive LinkedIn strategies, posts, articles, commentary, interviews, and contributed content
  • Source and pitch podcasts, contributed articles, research pull quotes, and other earned-media opportunities
  • Own the press release pipeline for announcements, launches, certifications, awards, and partnerships
  • Build HubSpot nurture sequences and engagement scoring with RevOps
  • Run upsell, cross-sell, retention, and win-back customer marketing programs
  • Develop case studies and partner with sales on current, effective messaging
  • Define brand voice, visual direction, messaging architecture, and prioritized fixes for acquired brands
  • Build respectful positioning for Deaf and Hard of Hearing audiences and apply the brand playbook to future acquisitions
  • Identify speaking, sponsorship, and advocacy opportunities
  • Build relationships with Deaf-led organizations and community partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience
  • B2B marketing experience ideally in SaaS, professional services, or a complex or regulated industry
  • Track record of owning marketing channels or programs end-to-end
  • Experience building a brand or channel from scratch
  • Ability to market emerging or unfamiliar categories
  • Respect for the communities served and willingness to validate assumptions with subject-matter resources
  • Clear, direct communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to ask for needed resources and push back respectfully
  • Strong interviewing skills, especially with executives
  • Systems mindset for repurposing content across channels
  • Strong writing skills with firm understanding of SEO and AEO
  • Ability to create case studies, LinkedIn posts, and customer emails aligned to brand and best practices
  • Ability to craft content for senior stakeholders and influence purchasing decisions
  • Current use of AI in marketing and informed opinions on tools such as Claude, HubSpot AI, and Clay
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite
  • Understanding of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
  • Availability for core working-hour overlap with Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones
  • Non-U.S. candidates without U.S. work authorization may be engaged on a contractor basis
