Job Description

Marketing Manager leading marketing strategy to drive growth at apprenticeship training provider KnowledgeBrief. Overseeing campaigns, managing a team, and enhancing brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a marketing strategy aligned to organisational growth objectives
  • Lead multichannel campaigns that drive lead generation, engagement, and brand awareness
  • Define and monitor marketing KPIs, using data and insight to optimise performance
  • Oversee content, digital marketing, website activity, and campaign delivery across multiple channels
  • Manage and develop a small marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation
  • Work closely with Commercial, Digital, Curriculum, and Design teams to maximise marketing impact
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, market position, and customer engagement
  • Champion the KnowledgeBrief brand across all communications and touchpoints

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience developing and delivering successful marketing strategies
  • Strong experience in lead generation and multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing and developing marketing teams
  • Experience managing marketing activity across digital channels, including email, content, social media, SEO, SEM, and PPC
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and make evidence-based decisions
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to align marketing activity with business objectives
  • Experience managing budgets, priorities, and competing marketing initiatives
  • Desirable: Experience within apprenticeships, training, education, learning technology, or professional services sectors
  • Desirable: Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Desirable: Experience working within a growing or scaling organisation
  • Desirable: Qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Desirable: Membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing or a similar professional body
