Job Description
Marketing Manager leading launches and campaigns across Eastern Europe distributor markets. Driving Dexcom’s CGM healthcare technology growth through distributor partnerships and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product launches, campaigns and marketing projects end to end across Eastern Europe distributor markets
- Manage senior distributor relationships and translate regional direction into effective market activity
- Partner with the Marketing Coordinator on priorities, timelines, materials, localisation, approvals, project tracking and operational delivery
- Shape, adapt and roll out regional campaigns, product positioning, digital materials and educational resources
- Make evidence-based recommendations on market priorities, activity and investment
- Contribute to annual brand-planning and budget discussions
- Improve campaign planning and measurement by setting objectives, responsibilities, milestones and performance measures
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve barriers and deliver priority launches
- Manage a varied project portfolio, escalate risks and track decisions and next steps in Asana
- Work with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales Training, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Digital and EMEA Marketing teams
Requirements:
- UK-based candidate with the Right to Work in the UK
- Sponsorship is not available
- Substantial marketing experience in a regulated environment, ideally medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or comparable industry
- Proven track record leading product launches, campaigns or multi-market marketing projects
- Ability to translate broader strategy into focused, measurable activity
- Experience managing senior relationships with distributors, agencies or external commercial partners
- Strong project-management and prioritisation skills
- Strategic thinking and close attention to execution
- Collaborative and pragmatic approach
- Ability to use market data, performance measures, project costs and business assumptions to make recommendations
- Understanding of HCP and consumer marketing fundamentals
- Ability to lead localisation, education, digital, campaign and launch activity across markets with different capabilities
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Additional Eastern European language capability advantageous
- Experience with Asana, Veeva, Tableau or similar platforms advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8–12 years of related experience
- Graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience
