Job Description
Marketing Manager with Lemio creating and executing content and community-building strategies for a tech startup. Collaborating directly with founders on impactful projects promoting mental health awareness.
Responsibilities:
- You will directly work with Stephan who is a growth hacker by heart and who has built a $ 1 million ARR Marketing agency with just 5 people.
- Content creation for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more with the help of AI tools and automations.
- Content distribution via Loomly, AI agents or other tools.
- Replicate Gymshark66 Challenge and find 100+ Affiliates to become Lemio brand ambassadors.
- PR publications.
- Community Building: Email distributions to our various email lists.
- Use Claude Code and other AI tools to automate tasks and workflows.
- We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role!
Requirements:
- Ideally you have always wanted to become the Head of Marketing of a tech startup.
- You are excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general.
- You are passionate about content, writing, blogging and social media.
- You have between 2-5 years of work experience.
