Job Description
Marketing Manager developing and executing the European marketing strategy for a leading medical device company. Collaborating with teams to optimize market presence and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute the European marketing strategy at the regional level
- Take ownership of budget planning and ROI evaluation
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns
- Actively support market access topics and reimbursement systems
- Create and localize marketing materials in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage social media channels and the regional website in alignment with global guidelines
- Conduct regular market analyses and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with leadership as a business partner in marketing
- Work with the sales team to optimize marketing support and customer engagement
- Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and training events
- Regularly collaborate with the European and/or global marketing team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as independent marketing professional with 5 years experience, of which preferably 2–3 years in medical device
- Developing into a strong strategic and operational marketing force and bring experience in CRM, marketing automation, and digital tools
- Analytical and creative skills, make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Strong capability to plan, monitor, and follow up on budget execution
- Strong communication skills including to customers and other stakeholders
- Initiative, hands-on mentality, and team spirit in an international matrix organization
- Fluent in [Local Language] and English
