Job Description
Marketing Manager developing healthcare marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, social media, and content for ExamWorks. Supporting IME business growth through market research, sales strategy, and campaign management.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and provide marketing strategy for the business unit
- Develop annual marketing plans and budgets as necessary to achieve goals
- Provide leadership and support for the design, development, and implementation of products and service lines
- Develop market and competitor analyses
- Develop market research projects to support strategy
- Design and launch email campaigns
- Determine events to attend, develop corresponding budgets, and manage expenses within budget
- Provide sales support by creating strategies for the sales team
- Provide market strategies and support for the business unit
- Prepare monthly presentations of current projects and results
- Prepare presentations explaining the company’s current and future strategies
- Maintain long-term relationships with business partners, clients, and staff
- Create marketing and advertising campaigns, social media updates and campaigns, and content for the IME Business Unit
- Collaborate with the VP of Business Development and General Managers to support SBU growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in communications and/or marketing
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Effective project management skills
- Ability to develop strategies that differentiate products and services in a competitive market environment
- Ability to effectively market company services using intuition and experience
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Team-oriented behavior and willingness to promote a positive team environment
- Two years of experience within a healthcare organization or related industry preferred
